AC 21000 MK eng; PS trans; Tires 26.5-29 fair; The scraper seems to run & operate very well. Hoses seem to be ok. Neck tight. Brakes not working, several air leaks. Two things that might need attention, hydraulic cylinders & engine has exhaust leak. Weight 51,520 lbs.; FOB NC
